ARF's adoption hours are Tues, Wed, and Thur 1-5pm & Sat Noon-3pm. All of our animals are altered, vaccinated with age appropriate vaccines (at minimum two sets of puppy shots), heartworm tested, and on heartworm and flea control. His adoption fee is waived since he is special needs and since he is an older dog. Email [email removed] for more information. Victor does have a condition requiring eye drops for the rest of his life. He has chronic dry eye. It's not super expensive to treat-the tube of medicine is less than $30 a month. He is also diabetic and will need a home prepared to treat him with insulin for the rest of his life. His insulin and occasional blood sugar testing would be a cost that ARF would pay for if you are able to use our vet in Muncie.
