Cookie is a very mellow cat. He came to ARF after his owner passed away. Cookie is great with kids, dogs and other cats. He enjoys watching the squirrels outside, warm floor heaters and Fancy Feast catfood. Date of birth - xxxx.
Adoption fees are $100 for one cat or kitten / $150 for two. Adopting two kittens together is beneficial for you and for the kittens - they keep each other company and learn appropriate limits to wrestling and nipping with each other, interacting with you in a calmer and more loving way.
The adoption fee includes: spaying or neutering; a feline leukemia & FIV test; age-appropriate vaccines including rabies vaccine for those over 6 months; general deworming and ear cleaning; blacklighting and first dose of heartworm & flea control. We generally allow kittens to go home after they reach 12 weeks of age and are big enough to be spayed or neutered. You are welcome to make an application on a specific kitten prior to that.
